yeah no worries...ity will be a very slow trip as im limitted to 90 towing this thing. i hope to leave between 5 and 6. theres a park thing on the south side of town on the bacnk of the river just next to the bridge...if you know anywhere better then let me know.

we are going down on the friday night now as well, will be in manjimup by about 7ish, we are looking at staying at the fontys pool caravan park on the friday and saturday nights, looks nice i think its about 10min on the other side of manjimup.

Fontys pool isnt owned by Fontys anymore though.
My parents live just up the road.

I was hoping to leave a bit earlier and probably go a bit faster, I might go straight to Manjimup on Friday and watch the fireworks and worry about where to stay later

Like I said a few guys can crash at my place no worries.
There will also be a band on untill around 11:30 friday night.

no i didnt know i just did a web search for a caravan park in the area and this one looked ok, will have the wife and kids with me and its the first time the kids have done camping in the tent so trying to make it as comfortable as possible (toiles, showers etc) the swimming hole looked pretty nice too if it still looks like that.

Yeah its real nice down there.
I spent a lot of the summer days of my youth down there playing on the big tubes in the pool with my cousins.
The new owners have done a lot of work to the place too.

are you going to be playing on the track on fri arvo? as it looks like ill be down during the arvo.

We will be there all day.
The show opens at 5pm.
We cant do any runs in the dark as its not in a lit area but while its still daylight we can.
Only thing is Im a little worried I will be a bit silly (who me? ) and break something on mine before the guys get a chance to film me on Saturday.

The track is looking awesome now, we have dug a couple of nice trenches down into the clay that we are going to fill with water. One will be a smooth easy one, one will have a... rougher bottom .
